7 Days Easy Returns and Exchange
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
- Handling Fee: To avoid a handling fee of INR 50 per product, we recommend choosing the prepaid option instead of COD.
- Refund Process:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued as a coupon code for future purchases.
- Video Proof: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcels. Without video proof, we may not be able to proceed with returns or refunds.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be initiated once per product.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations:
